FAQ

1. What am I purchasing?

You are purchasing a digital STL file for 3D printing. No physical item will be shipped. These files are designed for personal use or limited commercial use (depending on the license you choose).

2. What kind of license do I get with my purchase?

There are two types of licenses available:

  • Personal Use License – You can print the model for yourself but cannot sell or share the file or prints.
  • Print & Sell License – You can sell up to 100 physical prints of the model but cannot share or sell the digital file.

3. How do I print the files?

All STL files are optimized for resin (SLA) and FDM printers. Models are pre-supported for SLA, but you may need to adjust settings depending on your printer and material.

4. Can I modify the 3D model?

Yes, you can modify it for personal use only. However, you cannot share, sell, or distribute the modified version in any form.

5. Can I commission a custom model?

At the moment, I do not offer custom commissions. However, I am always open to suggestions! Feel free to contact me at simonerizzo3d@gmail.com.

7. Can I use your models for NFTs or AI training?

No. My work cannot be used for AI datasets, NFTs, or any blockchain-related projects.

8. I want to print your model but don’t own a 3D printer. What can I do?

You can use a third-party printing service, but you must ensure that they do not keep, modify, or distribute the file or prints in any way.

6. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are not available. If you encounter issues with your file, please contact me, and I'll be happy to assist.
